Do I need to pay in advance?
No. All orders are Cash on Delivery. You pay the rider when the parcel arrives.
Why do you message me after I order?

How long does delivery take?

Do your electric products work on Pakistani sockets?
Yes. Mains-powered tools run on 220V and come with a Pakistani 2-pin plug. Rechargeable tools charge by USB.
What if the product does not work?
Send us a short video on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery and we replace it. See Returns & Replacement.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, before it is dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
Are the IPL and hair-removal devices safe?
Follow the instructions on the product page and in the box: do a patch test first, start on the lowest setting, and never use near the eyes. They are personal grooming devices, not medical treatments. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or unsure, ask your doctor first.
